FAQ

Q1. How Will I Bring Business to You?

In the initial 1–2 months, I will start by leveraging my own POC contacts and prime vendor relationships to generate early traction. My strategy includes:

  • Reconnecting with existing clients through re-introduction emails.
  • Sharing an updated capability deck to showcase current offerings.
  • Scheduling calls and meetings with prime vendors
  • Simultaneously, I will initiate the onboarding process for direct clients, MSPs, implementation partners, and public sector clients.
  • This includes targeted outreach and prospecting to open new business channels and long-term partnerships.

Q2. What Types of Clients, Requirements, and Industries Will I Bring?

I will bring IT staffing and consulting requirements from prime vendors initially across the following industry domains:

  • Public Sector
  • Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Telecommunications
  • Retail

These will primarily be contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities across a broad range of technical skill sets.

Q3. How Can I Deliver Profits to You?

A detailed business and profit plan is included in the attached document. It outlines:

  • Initial client acquisition strategy
  • Revenue forecast based on delivery capability
  • Cost-to-profit ratio per hire/submission
  • Long-term projections based on recurring client relationships

This plan shows how my efforts can translate into measurable profitability within the first few months of operation.

Q4. How Can I Add Value While Working Remotely, and Why I Prefer Not to Come Onsite?

Remote Value Delivery:

  • I will maintain constant and clear communication through daily updates, progress reports, and scheduled check-ins.
  • I have a proven track record of remote client engagement, business development, and team coordination.
  • I can offer extended flexibility to align with different time zones and client availability.

Why Remote:

  • Remote work minimizes unnecessary overhead costs (e.g., travel, relocation, office space).
  • It provides me with greater flexibility and work-life balance, which in turn enhances productivity and focus.
  • The modern business environment supports and even prefers virtual collaboration—making onsite presence less critical.

Q5. What Are My Requirements to Deliver This Effectively?

To meet business targets and ensure successful delivery, I will need:

  1. 2–3 Strong W2 Technical Recruiters
  • Capable of making 2 quality client submissions per day
  • Must have access to company email, phone number, and sourcing portals such as Dice and LinkedIn RPS
  1. Compliance & Onboarding Support
  • All necessary documentation for onboarding with Direct Clients, MSP Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Public Sector clients
  • Legal and HR support to handle vendor agreements, NDAs, and background checks
